Junior Associate
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient junior Associate with a background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supervising maintenance activities, overseeing plant expansion fabrication, and supporting production activities. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, proactive and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate periodical maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of
equipment and machinery. - Over see plant expansion fabrication projects, including planning, scheduling and quality
control. - Collaborate with cross – functional teams to support production activities and ensure smooth
operations. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues
and minimize downtime. - Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency
gains. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to production staff as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices.
- Knowledge of fabrication technique and experience in overseeing plant expansion projects.
- Familiarity with production processes and manufacturing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and propose
effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior internship or work experience in a relevant field is a plus.
